tought be good to show Blue Oceana's land form 
in other words she use her magic to change form but also easier to move on land even if she not is much on land (maybe if its important or just wanna visit a land).
Her mane is supose to be water on land to be more specific sea water (i swear Pinkie Pie could just take a glass or something and drag it trought Blue Oceana's mane and drink the water XD lolz.) did it very dark coloured since.. yeah if i make it to light it melt into a skye or just her own colour on her body.
-PS- Im not very good at draw water is why her mane look kinda bad
-UPDATE- i decided to change the "blue" part in her name to Aqua so now her name is Aqua Oceana.
